I enjoy working with large acrylics. Paintings of this size make a statement,
evoke a memory or help create a space with a certain mood. I first started
painting using watercolours about 35 years ago and enjoyed the flowing quality
of the paint. Acrylic paint has some of the same qualities as watercolour but
it allows a greater range expression.
